The Bistroo ecosystem is organised through its e-commerce network. This protocol integrates various stakeholders to facilitate seamless direct interactions within its food ordering infrastructure. \

The $BIST token is a multi-functional utility token that will be used as the incentivising factor between all users that interact with the protocol. The objective of $BIST is to offer an easy and direct method of rewards and settlements for users engaging within the Bistroo Ecosystem.

## Network Contributors & Global Expansion

The $BIST Economy is centered around three key contributors that use and grow the ecosystem. Token rewards will be used as an incentive for these contributors to facilitate and contribute.

With the rollout of Bistroo.com on the horizon, network builders will be incredibly important The communities efforts will be leveraged to scale the platform quickly. Users that contribute to the restaurant map will be rewarded appropriately.

* **Restaurants**: Users that manage a restaurant that uses Bistroo Products to conduct its business. $BIST can be used or staked to gain access premium tools, advertising or platform-fees against reduced rates.
* **Consumers**: Purchasers of the Bistroo affiliated restaurants' products. $BIST can be used to gain additional rewards when purchasing products and is used as reward vehicle for contributing to the platform.
* **Network builders**: Contribute to growing the network in new territories. For example, $BIST will be used to reward users for locating and onboarding new restaurants.&#x20;
