# Merchant Portal

The Bistroo Merchant Portal is the central management hub for restaurants using Bistroo’s Webshop, Page, QR or Marketplace services. It allows merchants to have complete control over their operations, enabling instant updates to menus and prices, creation of promotions, and upselling opportunities. All the above mentioned products use hardware Point of Sale devices located at the merchant's restaurant to receive and print incoming orders.

This level of control and flexibility is unique to Bistroo and is not available on other food delivery and takeaway platforms, making it the heart of the business for managing both online orders and marketplace interactions.
