Bistroo B.V. is an entity located in the Netherlands and the company behind the Bistroo Platform and BIST Token.

Bistroo was founded in 2019, with the first iteration of the platform going live in 2020 after a successful fundraising round. The platform is trusted and used daily by many restaurants and their customers in the Netherlands. The team envisions a global rollout of the protocol through bistroo.com in the near future.

Bistroo’s Protocol's unique approach to this market is focused on creating the e-commerce ecosystem of the future, fully Software-as-a-Service based. The protocol aims to be as decentralized as possible, with all features supporting a SaaS growth strategy and minimizing operational costs. The goal is to fully facilitate direct e-commerce relationships between merchants and consumers, while increasing value for the ecosystem by being co-beneficiaries of its growth and adoption.<br>
